Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Install trim, molding, doors, and custom millwork
Perform precision cuts and measurements
Ensure quality craftsmanship on all projects
Communicate with crew leaders and office staff
Maintain tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Complete projects within established timelines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on finish carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation methods
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
