Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
- Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
- Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
- Communicate with customers and office staff
- Manage materials and tools inventory
- Train technicians on proper techniques and safety
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on drywall experience with proven leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
